Strength Training Services for Women

Transitions Fitness is a women’s-only personal training business, with an emphasis in teens, Prenatal and Postnatal, Perimenopause and Postmenopause fitness. We are located in greater Indianapolis.We offer personal training at our Broad Ripple location and virtual coaching services.​​

Personal Training 

Sessions are 45 minutes and are held in our Broad Ripple location. They are highly personalized and their design depends on several key factors including; fitness level, exercise experience, health history, day-to-day energy levels, previous prenatal and postnatal complications, and personal goals/needs.

PACKAGE RATES:

3 sessions = $270 ($90 each)

5 sessions = $435 ($87 each)

10 sessions = $850 ($85 each)

20 sessions = $1,600 ($80 each)

Small Group Training

Small Group Training is for 2-3 clients. Sessions are 1 hour in length. Small group training gives an intimate training experience while offsetting cost. This type of training works best for friends of similar fitness levels. 

PACKAGE RATES:

3 sessions =  $390

5 sessions = $630

10 sessions = $1,200

20 sessions = $2,200

Consultation

Our first meeting includes information gathering, Q &A, and goals and needs assessing. This is the time when trainer and client get to know one another. This allows the trainer and client to discover if they are a fit for one another. We will meet for approximately 60 minutes. After this meeting your personalized fitness program will begin to take shape. Information gathered during the consultation is used to set up an individualized training program, tailored to your unique needs. Following the consultation, sessions will begin. Frequent progress check-ins and goal reassessment will be an integral part every personal training program.

Virtual Personal Training

Sessions are 45 minutes. Virtual coaching allows clients to access training from anywhere in the world. Clients receive outstanding one-on-one training but at a lower cost. 

PACKAGE RATES:

3 sessions= $246 ($82 each)

5 sessions = $390 ($78 each)

10 sessions = $750 ($75 each)

20 sessions = $1,440 ($72 each)

Core-to-Floor-Restore

12-week Core-to-Floor-Restore program teaches women how to heal diastasis recti and restore pelvic floor function without surgery! The cost of this program includes 6 one-on-one meetings, unlimited access to your trainer during the 12-weeks, weekly check-ins via email, and unlimited DR checks for the entire year after you’ve completed the 12-week program.

MenoFIERCE

MenoFIERCE is a 6-month, mostly self-led program for women who are Peri or post menopausal.
